Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

How to start a return
Email lengaricia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll walk you through next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us at lengaricia@gmail.com and we'll help set up an exchange.

Non-returnable items
Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no extra cost.
